On May 4 FCA staff members and representatives from Central Bank of Armenia (CBA) visited United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Washington, DC office. The Armenian delegation participated at a one-day seminar organized by the staff of Cooperative Programs Unit of USDA. During the seminar different subjects and issues on cooperatives, their structure, functions, principles were discussed. CBA representatives raised questions on the federal regulations of cooperatives for discussion.
