On November 21-22, 2019 Russian Credit Unions League has celebrated its 25th anniversary in Moscow, among the special guests thereof was "Farm Credit Armenia" UCO CC CEO Armen Gabrielyan. Various practical issues were discussed during the event, particularly, the problems faced by credit cooperatives, the expected challenges, as well as the introduction of best practices and clarification of tactical developments.

It's worth to mention that the path of Russian credit cooperatives has not been smooth, and today they have achieved this level with the help of a number of well-known credit organizations (World Council of Credit Unions, Canadian Des Jardins Group, a number of US credit institutions). Let us remind that in spring 2018, during the Russian Credit Unions League 12th forum, a memorandum of understanding was signed between "Farm Credit Armenia" and the League under the leadership of Tatyana Ivashkina. 

On the 25th anniversary of the League in his speech Mr. Gabrielyan stressed the importance of warm business relations between our organizations and expressed optimism for further effective cooperation.
