CORPORATE MANAGEMENT




The highest authority of the governance of Farm Credit Armenia is  its General Shareholders' Meeting. Members attending the General Meeting elect the Board of Directors, the authorities and obligations of which are provided by law in the Republic of Armenia and the by-laws
 of the cooperative. Individual board members do not have the right to act on behalf of the cooperative.

The executive body of the cooperative includes the Chief Executive Officer, who is also the president of the cooperative. He manages day-to-day activities of the cooperative and reports to the Board of Directors and to the members attending the general meeting.

The rights and responsibilities of the governing bodies of Farm Credit Armenia are designed in the laws of the Republic of Armenia and in the by-laws of the cooperative.

Each member attending the general meeting has one vote regardless of the amount of own shares.
