On the 15^th of December 2017, the representatives of Farm Credit cooperative took part in a training organized by the regional agricultural support structures in the scope of the "Subsidized Agricultural Loans" programs in the city hall of Ararat city. The farmers who successfully participate in the trainings are being certified in order to get the opportunity to be engaged in the above mentioned program. The 3 – day training program usually include 25 participants and the seminars are being held by the regional agricultural support structures consultants and on the 3^rd day the representatives of the financial institutions introduce their educational materials.
Since the participants of the above mentioned training were member – shareholders of "Farm Credit", our employees took the initiative to participate as consultants and discuss the process of borrowing and to give advice to our clients.
Thus, during the trainings the regional agricultural support structures consultants teach the farmers how to develop their farms, and we – the representatives of the financial institutions, help to learn how to manage their finance.
