Work experience in the sphere of banking, credit organizations or in other financial organizations;

Organize active involvement of customers in the region;
Continuous work with new and current customers:
Review of loan applications, visit  customers' place of activity and analyze their financial and social conditions;
Loan risk evaluation including the evaluation of customer creditworthiness, solvencyand collateral valuations;
Presentation of loan applications to credit committee; 
Development of loan portfolio and lending;
Organizeand implement monitoring of provided loans.
